1995 singer Sad and instrumentalist D’eep founded the band, that shortly after was named "Other Day". The third member Mike B. joined the band shortly afterwards.
The name of the band is a metaphor for another way of thinking and feeling, far away from the usual mainstream, that is brought to life by the music of the band.
Sänger Sad und Instrumentalist D’eep legten Mitte 1995 den Grundstein der Band, die wenig später - verstärkt durch Mike B. - "Other Day" heißen sollte.
Der Name versteht sich dabei als eine Metapher für ein anderes Denken und Fühlen fern vom üblichen Mainstream, dem man mit dem eigenen Schaffen Ausdruck verleihen will.
